We recommend purchasing shuttle tickets in advance online before retrieving in-person at the Wheel House.

Shuttle Hours:

Mon – Thurs: Private group shuttles by appointment, grab your friends and schedule a time – call the Wheel House or email us at [email protected]

SUMMER SHUTTLE HOURS:

Friday: Noon to 5pm,

Saturday & Sunday: 9am to 5pm

Bus and Wheel House hours as available, but only running/open until 5pm

If you would like to cancel a ticket, please contact us with 12 hours notice.

Once you purchase your annual pass, your exclusive Annual Passholder code will be sent to the email you provide within 48 hours. Use this code to book your shuttle days online for no charge. Visit the Wheel House to pick up your shuttle day pass, let us know you're an Annual Passholder, and present a photo ID. And don't forget to grab some Shepherd Mountain Bike Park merchandise at a 10% discount as an Annual Passholder! If you have any questions about becoming an Annual Passholder, or how the process works, please contact the Wheel House at 573-432-2198.

* Annual Passholder codes are non-transferable. A photo ID will be required when picking up a shuttle pass booked with an Annual Passholder code. This is non-negotiable. Annual Passes will expire exactly 1 year after purchase, with the option to renew at that time. Availability is subject to change.
